Got these almost smudge like marks on my phone screen. They aren't scratches, but won't come off with a microfiber and distilled water. Never seen this on my S22 ultra.. The spots are smooth to the touch but definitely stand out. Maybe a coating on the screen thats causing an issue?

Galaxy S24Just out of curiosity, does this affect anything when the screen is on? All of the examples I am seeing is with the screen off...

Galaxy S24Does this actually affect ANYTHING, or is it only visible when the screen is off?

Galaxy S24I have a smudge mark under my screen too which I can't get rid off. I will visit the service centre and see what they say.

Galaxy S24Same problem, seems to be a common issue. Any comments from Samsung Support?

Galaxy S24If a screen protector will stop it from happening again, then it is caused by the user, plain and simple. I had an S24 U from launch with no screen protector, and never had this problem.
