Dear Samsung I have been a customer for many years now and one thing for me that sucks is the Battery life of my phone.
Please make better Batteries for all the phone and I will truly appreciate it. My battery runs down immediately and thats not cool and I have to always plug my phone to charge.
I like all the Ai stuffs but I believe you guys can do better with the Battery life too.
One thing for sure, Android as nice as options are, it's brutal on how it consumes the battery on every device I've owned, where if I didn't physically check its condition within 15 months, it's already swollen.
The older LG that I still use for music, where one day removing its protective case to do general cleaning and it didn't show any signs of an issue with the battery. discovered the protective case was actually holding the rear cover losely in place keeping battery connected, while the swollen battery broke loose all 6 locks that held rear cover in place.
Putting pressure against the back side of the motherboard and then the screen, leaving a shadow. How he survived that torture is amazing.
Fortunately, this older Note20Ultra, now 5 yrs old. His battery needs frequent charging, or it might be close to dead overnight. So batteries must be made a little better now vs swelling badly.
I also take advantage of Samsungs built in battery saver which is truly epic cutting off charging at 84%. Where I used to look so often for an app just for that process and still can't find one. The App doesn't exist.
Them discover Samsung has it built-in is simply amazing.
I truly believe this is a very critical charging feature that protects the phone for long term use.
