I have had two updates in less than a month. Have a s24 plus I bought directly from Samsung. Call waiting does not work after 2nd most recent update. Factory reset my entire device. 2nd update just a day ago I got messed up my call waiting AGAIN AND also messed up my Bluetooth connections. For example: I have Bluetooth on and in my car, call comes in, won't connect to the car. No changes in settings. It isn't the car or my carrier service that's the issue. It is the garbage updates. Need help getting a rep to replace my device. They seem to be useless and take no responsibility in their updates causing issues. I have seen battery issues, to Bluetooth, to many other issues with this horrible update. Suggestions?

If the phone is under 3 weeks of use the battery will be bad for first 12 days plus or minus than you will notice a improvement as for the other issues what are you current on for update ui7 or ui8

Hi, thanks for the reply. Phone is over a year old. I am current on updates. But last 2 messed my phone way up. Call waiting may ring 2xs but goes to voicemail after or does not ring at all. It does not show me a call until after it goes to voicemail. Bluetooth issue is new issues to the update I just had yesterday. Prior to those updates, nothing was wrong with my device. Called Samsung today and they claim I have to send my phone in, so they can "test" it. Which would leave me with no phone. I said, yeah no.. They claim that is their only option. Had the UI8 update.

In the galaxy store and playstore get the important app updates many are optional also good idea to clear phone cache takes about a minute with the phone off press at same time the power button and volume up button after a few seconds it will show screen use the volume up or volume down to move the cursor line to cache portion towards bottom i think in list than press power button to start takes a second or two than select restart option and power button and all done

Thanks for the advice. I did that also. As well as shut the phone off and make sure my call waiting and bluetooth were on. They are.

The call waiting issue i would go into your phone dialer top right 3 dots than settings go thru all those could be off but might be supplemental setting for call waiting option

It isn't anything in the settings or a carrier issue. Everything is switched on and how it should be. It is this stupid update. And Samsung not fixing their garbage update.

I've had similar issues. Bluetooth disables and, immediately, re-enables and my battery is dying well within a day. I've tried a lot of system adjustments, clearing cache, removing unused or seldom used apps and other troubleshooting steps with no discernible improvement. I very near to defaulting my phone (Galaxy S24 Ultra) but don't look forward to starting all over again and end up with the same issues.

Have you tried to ask their usless customer service? Or just going to deal with all the mess? Is it due to the update(s)? Or just random issues you started having?

This is the 1st time since having a cell phone the last 20 years that an update has caused issues. My husband's phone is a A35. His data stopped working immediately. Could not fix it after trying everything. Won't connect to wifi, the Hotspot worked but only if I connect to his. But sharing mine on his phone doesn't work. It was so bad that I had to give him an old phone and change his number and Gmail. Now my on my new S25 the internet is randomly saying no internet connection. This is just a nightmare. I am still paying off the A35 even though its no longer active and we can't access anything on it. Its not my carriers fault so they can't help me fix it. They did everything they could to try which just made it worse by having me uninstall their app and delete the e-sim. I hate the apple phone set up but I am seriously considering switching because this is BS. I have been an avid samsung girl for over 20 years.
