Trying to see if any other users have experienced this issue and know of a solution.
Yes. I have soft and hard reset, factory reset, updates including one pushed out earlier this week. Cleared cache force stopped and even disabled then reenabled the app. The device is VZ branded and unlocked but that shouldn't make a difference. The failing is random. Any tips to fix is greatly appreciated.

Galaxy S24Are you getting an error message? Have you run a diagnostic on the camera? Have you downloaded and tried a different camera app (to determine if it's the app or the camera itself)?

Had a rep help me. Ended up downloading another app for the camera expert roll from the samsung app it self and it worked meanwhile until they get the app back running most likely till next update they said i9 that's coming soon
