Hi, I've been using my s24 ultra for almost a year now and realized I've never seen it say super fast charging and stick with it like my s21 ultra did.
It always pop up for a quick second then goes right back to "charging".
I decided to go ahead and purchase myself a new charger since the old charger 25w I was using came from my s9, so I've never decided I needed one as it wasn't a problem until now.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I ordered the 45w charger with the matching cable from Samsung shop. It arrived, I plugged it in and the problem is still the same and I'm just so lost now.
I even wiped my battery stats, went into reboot mode.. cleaned my charging port delicately..nothing..
Is my phone actually super charging? Whenever I check the settings battery menu it shows it, but my notification screen shows the regular charging time.
I even switched out the 45w charger with my 25w charger to see if it made a difference but the times stayed the same. I will leave the images here, please help!
Are those illusions made by the system? Is my super charger 2.0 actually working?
I take great care of my phone, so I'm extremely lost here.
