Galaxy S22Visual voice mail is not working. I used it in the past but, few months after purchasing s22 ultra it stopped working. I can't find solution I installed, uninstalled cleared cache, etc. I talked to Att, nothing works

Galaxy S22Here is the solution that actually worked for me on my S23 Ultra.
Go to Settings > Apps > Visual Voicemail or Voicemail. Click Force stop. (This was important!)
Then click on Storage. Do Clear cache and then Clear data.
Then go to Settings then open General Management look for reset and reset mobile network settings only.
Then go back to Home. Open Visual Voicemail. It will then go through its setup and ask for the permissions it needs.
Once I did all that, Visual Voicemail starting working again!

Galaxy S22I am in the same boat as you. 2 hours with ATT and they couldn't fix the problem so they "opened a ticket". I would love if you reply with the solution, if you find it. I have the S25 Ultra. 1/24/26.

Galaxy S22I tried this as well, but as soon as I get a new voicemail it reverts back to the same error. By the way Iโm using a Galaxy Flip 6. 2nd one as AT&T suggested it was a defective device.

Galaxy S22I tried these steps and still had issues, so I repeated the steps but after resetting mobile network settings, I restarted.
Once the phone rebooted, I turned off wifi and had success setting visual voicemail up using only cellular data. Turning wi-fi back on afterwards has shown no issues yet.

Galaxy S22Wow this was the winning ticket for me! After doing the whole force close, clear cache/data, reboot cycle several times to no avail, I finally tried it once more but this time with disabling wifi after the reboot, and it finally worked. Thanks so much!
