Is anyone in the process of filing a class action against Samsung yet? Specifically for malfunctioning software which Samsung forces customers to keep on their phones? I would absolutely be interested in joining. I have a voicemail app which no longer functions,  updates, uninstalls or opens, just a mailbox which I cannot access. Also, the AI software which is trespassing on my phone is not an update (as the agreement authorizes), its a completely new software environment, intrusive and unwanted. As such, the installation was never authorized. Please let me know. Thank you.

I agree. Their last update (for me June 29th) cause some kind of corruption in my galaxy s22. For weeks the phone would crash and restart multiple times. I couldn't text or make calls because it would crash and restart multiple times. It is now working somewhat normal, but I still hate this new UI.

I absolutely HATE the newest update. It's a radical change and my voicemail is a nuisance. I purposely haven't set it up, because initially I was receiving 30-40 telemarketing calls a day for over a month. Yet I keep getting voicemail notifications on both my old A15 and A16 5G phones. I only use my old A15 for checking my bank balances, since, for some reason, all my sign in information didn't get transferred to my new A16. I don't want that update on my old A 15.

Sign in information NEVER gets transferred over to a new phone for security reasons.  Unless you have a password manager, use Samsung Pass or Google Password manager, which stores the data in the cloud.

How many of these criers would be complaining if they *did not* get any updates?

Why would you push for a class action lawsuit? That is only a payday for attorneys IF, and only, IF you proof big, bad tech company is negligent for providing the product and updates to product the user agreement requires them to. If said services were not provided, it would be easier to prove they did something wrong.

Voicemail is a function of your carrier. An app, even preloaded voicemail apps, are on the carrier, not Samsung. Maybe the issue is your carrier, not Samsung. I would reach out to them.
