Visual voicemail is not working, no solution from Samsung or AT&T

Visual voice mail is not working. I used it in the past but, few months after purchasing s22 ultra it stopped working. I can't find solution I installed, uninstalled cleared cache, etc. I talked to Att, nothing works

Tap Settings. Tap Connections. Scroll down to Data Usage and tap it. Scroll down to Allowed network for apps and tap on it.  Scroll down to Visual Voicemail and tap on it. Tap on "mobile data preferred". You are all set. Now you will not miss any messages on visual voicemail.

Did see a recent post about the visual voicemail app waiting on fix seems one last week I think didn't fix issue

I have the same issue after the last update, just keeps me an error"says" there was an error loading visual voicemail. It doesn't show any messages at all and I use my phone 70% business and I need it to work . I paid way too much money for basic features to not work on my 22Ultra

Tap Settings. Go into Connections. Then Data Usage. Then allowed networks for apps. Scroll down to Visual Voicemail. Tap on it. Set it to "prefer mobile network only". You're all set. Visual Voice mail will now work as long as your phone has access to a mobile network.
