Samsung repair center stole my phone

I sent my phone in for a repair on November 24th, samsung received it November 26th. It is now December 26th 1 month later. Since then I have not received any update on my phone and every time I call im told it was escalated and to call back in 2 days. No one has helped me and now when I click on the linked that was provided to me it says error unauthorized. I spent $1,200 on a phone that samsung basically stole from me. Do not send your phone in for repair they will screw you over.

I wish I would've known this sooner. Now I'm seeing all the bad reviews. I just figured there wouldn't be a problem with such a reputable company

It's a very huge problem with them and now u know not to trust them ever again in life

Contact the CEO's office with your ticket number. There's a Care team that can escalate and hopefully resolve the issue:

I never knew cause I've never had a problem with their products till now. Now I'm finding out the hard way
