Z-fold 6 Bluetooth no longer works after UI update (11-20-25)

Ever since the update came out, my z-fold 6 no longer has access to Bluetooth.  I am an authorized Samsung repair technician and have tried all basic troubleshooting techniques short of factory resetting the phone. Normally, I would conclude this is a hardware issue, but this problem did not start until the update was pushed on the 20th. We have had several customers come in with the same problem. The Bluetooth shuts itself off and will not connect. Please advise.

I have tried these solutions and I am still unable to activate Bluetooth. It selects for a second and then shuts back off.  I am not bale to even scan for devices.

I'm having the same issue, my LE BT hearing aids no longer connect or stream audio from my phone (Galaxy Z Fold 6) correctly. The hearing aid manufacturer claims it's a Samsung issue, no ETA on a fix. Submitted a bug report to Samsung, got a canned response back (we'll contact you when an update becomes available, escalated to the dev team, blah blah).

I'm a software engineer, tried all of the standard debugging steps, tweaked a couple of developer mode settings to try to force the connection, did a full reset... My hearing aids worked flawlessly until the last update, now they refuse to connect. I'm able to connect to my old Galaxy S22 Ultra without issues, but it doesn't have the last several months of OS, Samsung, and security updates, so the best I can do is install the (mandatory) updates until it breaks, but that information doesn't help me, nor do I have any way of getting it to the folks at Samsung who need to know.

I have the same issue and have did all the suggested fixes and nothing works. My watch cannot connect to Bluetooth from phone and my phone will not connect to my car stereo after update.

I am also having this issue on my Z Fold 6. It started with the Bluetooth connection disconnecting and reconnecting. I was hoping the latest update would fix it. And it made it worse. Nothing connects. Devices are visible, but connection cannot be established.
I really hope this is just a software update that can be pushed to solve this issue. This is drastically impacting my day to day.
