I sent my phone in for a repair on November 24th, samsung received it November 26th. It is now December 26th 1 month later. Since then I have not received any update on my phone and every time I call im told it was escalated and to call back in 2 days. No one has helped me and now when I click on the linked that was provided to me it says error unauthorized. I spent $1,200 on a phone that samsung basically stole from me. Do not send your phone in for repair they will screw you over.

I thought the same but called the Samsung Experience store gave them my ticket number and its in the system but they dont know anything more
