Fold & Flip PhonesEncountering error "400 this is a wrong request" when prompt to agree to the updated policy and cannot proceed access the phone. This happened after updated the phone on Galaxy Z 5.

Fold & Flip PhonesIf you are still unable to accept the terms, try clearing the app cache for the Samsung Account app. You can use the steps here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001372/
