Cover screen icon to the left of the battery

โ€ƒIs anyone aware of what the icon to the left of the battery indicator means? I've had this z flip 6 for about 8 months and it only just appeared after the one UI 7 update through At&t. It's only on the cover screen. Doesn't appear on the lock screen or home screen. I could only find one reference to this on a separate thread and their solution was that it indicated there was a physical SIM in their phone as well as their active eSIM, which is not the case for me.  I'm stumped. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Nothing yet. Have seen a couple Reddit threads with more and more people having the same issue. Seems that the consensus is a bug in the update that is alerting you to a lack of signal for a sim card, though pretty much all of us having this issue only have one sim active and no inactive physical sims installed.

  1. Exact same issue. I want samsung an att to fix this immediately 

Mine has a 1 instead of a 2. I have a sim and an esim. I also get the upside triangle on the left. Beyond frustrated 

This seems to be a bug 100% with the update and att

Beginning to wonder if it isn't what someone said above about a specific esim not having service. Since these do have dual sims(z flip 7). Mine has the circle slash with a 2. Which is the esim I don't use. It comes and goes tho which it quite weird & I've already checked for a physical Sim and there isn't one.
