Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Advanced features.
Tap Labs, and then tap Apps allowed on cover screen.
If this doesn't help I recommend that you submit an error report after replicating the issue. This is how:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports
