Just received flip 7 new from vzw and my phone has been rebooting every 5-10 minutes sporadically. No new apps installed and I haven't even copied anything from my old phone over to this one yet. Thinking about going to Verizon tomorrow to see if they'll swap it out for a new one. Any thoughts?
Well I went to a corporate Verizon retail store, the first franchise refused to help other than providing me with vzw support number, who then sent me to my local corporate location where they swapped the phone out. This one seems much better. Imo I feel like the processor was faulty out of the box on the first one. Just grateful that they swapped it in person today.
Give it a shot. Worst thing they could say is you need to contact customer service and return it via shipping service. A brand new phone should definitely not be doing that.
