Flip7 cover screen does not work with Mulistsr

I have followed multiple videos then spent an hour with Samsung support. I am convinced Multistar is vapor ware

 I have a brand new phone and cannot get an app to work on the cover screen.

Is there any way to get Multistar to work?

Multistar works....something either ain't right or isn't enabled....I got or running my Flip7 currently and multistar worked right off the bat, 0 issues
