Not happy with the Galaxy A16 5G phone

I have a A16 5G Galaxy Phone and hands down.It is the worst phone I've ever owned in my life.I will never get this phone again.I recommend you don't get a phone such as this.It's slow, it freezes up.It's horrible.

Define "slow". What is happening? Be specific. The A16 is the lowest model budget phone. As such, it does not have pemium hardware or a premium processor, and less features than all other models. This will affect performance, but it should not be significant.

Just a crappy phone its so low grade poor quality. My 5 yr old phone was 10 times faster and never froze up.

Sorry to say that the A1x phones are the most basic model of the budget phones, so if you are clearing the phone and app caches, making sure you have not filled up your hard drive (you should leave a minimum of 10% free for the apps to have working space, or things will slow down considerably), and optimizing regularly, you've done all you can do.  The phone has an adequate processor to perform the basic functions of a phone that does some stuff.  I don't know what you consider slow.

Garbage can't be fixed

It is very laggy there's times where the phone becomes unusable and everything crashes even with ram plus disabled and I have very little apps
