I have a A16 5G Galaxy Phone and hands down.It is the worst phone I've ever owned in my life.I will never get this phone again.I recommend you don't get a phone such as this.It's slow, it freezes up.It's horrible.
I am so sorry you feel that way about your phone. A little bit of research prior to purchase would have let you know that this is the lowest model of the budge phones and very basic. It would have told you what features were and were not available on this model, reviews would have told you whether it was a good option for you or not. Going to a physical store and playing with the phone would have also been helpful.
Now, do you have an actual issue that any of us can help you solve? Saying something is garbage does not inform anyone as to what problems you are having.

Is there any way to make my phone faster besides cleaning the memory and deleting old files cuz I've done all that and it's still slow. It's an a16 just basic model. NFL I've done the ram thing and nothing happened so I'm just wondering if it's the so I'm just wondering if it's the phone or the service.
