Not happy with the Galaxy A16 5G phone

I have a A16 5G Galaxy Phone and hands down.It is the worst phone I've ever owned in my life.I will never get this phone again.I recommend you don't get a phone such as this.It's slow, it freezes up.It's horrible.

Only thing I can think of a a possible is apps running in the background and in apps if there are any like games or things added i.e bloatware that you dont use can uninstall

Think Instagram is main culprit as shown running in background not used it before so not much help on any tips to help with that

Games you have be your choice yo keep or not if you use them or not there tends to be several on every phone when bought

Do not waste your money on the a16!!!!!!! I love galaxy but this a16 is the worst phone I've ever had!!!!! If I could i would take a hammer to it just to take some of the frustration out what a piece of **bleep** i hate this thing!!!!!!
