Not happy with the Galaxy A16 5G phone

I have a A16 5G Galaxy Phone and hands down.It is the worst phone I've ever owned in my life.I will never get this phone again.I recommend you don't get a phone such as this.It's slow, it freezes up.It's horrible.

If you are getting viruses daily, that would be because of your own user behavior, by clicking rogue links or downloading unknown apps. You may have one virus that you did not get rid of.  Download Malwarebytes and run it, go to settings/security and privacy and turn on app protection.

▪︎UI errors multiple times/day
▪︎It is WAY TOO slow to respond
▪︎When I tap on the screen it will do
something entirely different or
nothing at all (for way too long)
▪︎Twice, the screen has completely
frozen; I finally saw a YouTube
video on doing a Hard Reset to
restart the phone [hold down volume
& power buttons, together]
▪︎I can't save to my device
▪︎I can't make a mobile deposit
▪︎The screen/cursor jumps all over the
place; I can't tell where I was or
complete an action; certainly not in a
timely manner.
▪︎My husband is permanently disabled; when I need an ambulance or EMTs, I DO NOT WANT TO 'F' WITH A HORRIBLY DEFECTIVE [OUT OF THE BOX], INFERIOR PHONE! People's lives are at stake.
▪︎The camera is awful. The shutter is too slow and I usually miss the picture I'd hoped to get.

I never bought phones because I am happy with the phones from the company even if it is not HIGH END Phones.  It serves what I need to do, multitasking and never lags.

But this A16, GRRRR...even my son who is 12 notices.
