Newer Samsung Top Load Washer WA50R5400AV/US Balance code-
continue to get this error code on this expensive top load washer- when spinning the drum moves side to side violently until it shuts down with code -
I did everything - installed new stabilizer rods, double-checked floor level, rebalanced load, went through calibration mode- called Samsung but could not resolve the issue- the washer is 20 months old. Old stabilizer rods were destroyed.
Surely We are not the only ones with this issue- we have seen class action lawsuits on other model numbers with the same issues
