Washers and DryersThe audio panel tones and end cycle alarm chime on my Samsung FlexWash washing machine are all of a sudden very quiet. The alarm option is on and I've tried unplugging/replugging and doing a factory reset. I can still very faintly hear the sounds but just barely audible. Maybe something shorted out on the board. Other than that everything works. Is there anything simple I should do before just going through warranty repair?

Washers and DryersHello there, and thank you for reaching out to our Samsung Community. I definitely would recommend you giving these troubleshooting steps in the article included here- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00091262/ a try.
Regrettably, if the results are still the same and the sound/alarm is still very quiet we advise having a technician service the washer. You can complete the steps here- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ to set up your service request. We also can be contacted directly by selecting any moderator and clicking on the chat option with your full model and serial number to proceed.

Washers and DryersI have had nothing but problems with the Flexwasher I purchased over a year ago. I wanted the flex washer and flexdryer capability for smaller loads. First, they delivered customer returned product, which was discovered after delivery and I had given away my Maytag Neptune set (HUGE REGRET). Reaching Samsung was a joke, after a week or two, they told me I would have to wait for 4 months for a new machine. In desperation, I kept it. BIG MISTAKE! Contacting Samsung is a round circle, poor user documentation and lousy customer service. I would never recommend purchasing products. All I want to do is have the tuneplay on the Washer, it faded it/out/ and now no noise at all. I like to cheery tune on the dryer. Out of warranty. so out of luck
