Washers and DryersHi there and welcome to our community @users6MNPZhLp9! I can definitely understand how frustrating this is and am delighted to assist you ๐
Does this only happen when you attempt to wash heavy items or do you experience spinning issues with all loads? If it's only happening with heavier loads, it's possible that the items are too large and preventing the washer from working optimally. To better assist you, can you provide the full model code as well as telling me how long you've had the washer?

Washers and DryersThis is why I don't buy front loaders - they don't balance properly, there is no way to spread the heavy items out around the drum, since it's vertical.

Washers and DryersWe purchased the washer (WF50BG8300AEUS) and matching dryer in 2024 and the past few months are having this issue with either very small loads (say 1-2 towels) or heavy loads. Never had this issue before. Its will try to spin up but is get to wobbling and stops the spin and slowly turns like it is trying to rebalance. I get it for loads that might be too heavy but no way should it do this form1-2 towels. Plus it just started this issue. What is causing it?

Washers and DryersHave you tried manually shifting the contents in the drum? Sometimes the washer just can't rebalance itself, and you have to manually rearrange the items. There could be some defect in the balancing apparatus. If shifting the load doesn't work, and it continues to happen, you should put in a service call. Since the washer is no longer under warranty, you are free to choose whatever repair operation you want.
