Washers and DryersAfter installing prompted software update on my Samsung AI Bespoke Ventless Washer/Dryer Combo late December I am unable to run the "Self-Dry" Product Care cycle. When I press "Clean Now", I am shown an empty screen without the dryer activating the dry cycle.
In addition, the only non-service cycle shown in the main screen is "AI Opti Wash&Dry". All additional washer and dryer cycles have been removed.
Update information:
* Smart Module Version: 25092300
* Firmware1 Version: 25092297, 240123413
* Firmware2 Version: 23122705, 23122706

Washers and DryersUpdate: I unplugged my machine for about 5 minutes and when I plugged it back in, everything came back. I read where this will reset the board and it worked in my situation. Hope this helps.

Washers and DryersI have the same issue with my Model WD53DBA900HZA1
My combo recently underwent a software upgrade, but unfortunately, a significant bug that wasnโt thoroughly tested before its release is causing issues. Iโm currently using Controller Version WD.5.0.31, and the โmore cycleโ button is completely unresponsive. Clicking on it doesnโt do anything, and when I try to start the last set cycle, the progress window remains blank. Thereโs a โcycleโ breadcrumb on the right side of the window, but thereโs no way to go back to the main menu.
As a workaround, I have to use the SmartThings app to manually set the cycle option and send it to the washer.
I kindly request that bug is logged for this issue so that it can be prioritized in your next release.
