I bought a washer from Lowes on 11/17, broke down on 11/24.. Took a day off work to call and went thru the "self-dignosis".. Finally scheduled a repair team for 11/19..
Today (11/19), the repair team (Service Quick) went completely MIA... I texted them 5 times and could not get a response..
Samsung sucks
