I have a $2,000 Samsung Bespoke Washer-Dryer Combo. I plugged it in March 1, 2025. It has already broken down, requiring a repair visit. The Samsung repair office messed up the first appointment [they never forwarded it to the local technician office] so days later they finally did their job. The repair guy was informed. He is an engineer who worked for Ford. He said in 2008 Samsung changed the washer parts to plastic, which is why our machines break down so often. The price didn’t go down. But the inconvenience went up.
