Samsung Front-load washer - replaced shocks, still vibrating - how to calibrate?

We have a Samsung Front-load washer (WF410ANW/XAA 01) date 2010.08.  We recently replaced the shocks on it because it had become out of balance during the spin cycle and was vibrating badly.  We used OEM shocks for the replacements (Part numbers DC 66-00470A and DC66-00470B)…we did not use 3rd party knock offs from Amazon.  After we replaced the shocks, it is still vibrating and banging around during the spin cycle.  Internet says we should “calibrate” it after replacing the shocks, or anytime it is moved or repaired.  Looks like for the front-load washers we should be pushing and holding a combination of the “Temp” and “Delay End” to activate the “CB” calibration mode on the display.  Problem is this model does not have a “Delay End” button.  Does anyone know how (what sequence of buttons) to get into the “CB” calibration function for this specific model washer?  We cannot seem to find it online.  Thanks!!

No need to make a duplicate post.  I would suggest contacting a service center to see if they know how to since this is only a user to user support community.

Sorry about that.  It was my first post and I thought I had added it in the wrong place on the site.  Sorry...
