We have a Samsung Front-load washer (WF410ANW/XAA 01) date 2010.08. We recently replaced the shocks on it because it had become out of balance during the spin cycle and was vibrating badly. We used OEM shocks for the replacements (Part numbers DC 66-00470A and DC66-00470B)โฆwe did not use 3rd party knock offs from Amazon. After we replaced the shocks, it is still vibrating and banging around during the spin cycle. Internet says we should โcalibrateโ it after replacing the shocks, or anytime it is moved or repaired. Looks like for the front-load washers we should be pushing and holding a combination of the โTempโ and โDelay Endโ to activate the โCBโ calibration mode on the display. Problem is this model does not have a โDelay Endโ button. Does anyone know how (what sequence of buttons) to get into the โCBโ calibration function for this specific model washer? We cannot seem to find it online. Thanks!!
