Samsung Health app reminder sleep notification

I opened the health app and was greeted with the message, "Your recommended bedtime was 7:50 p.m. Put down the phone and go straight to bed.". I guess my sleep stats from last night were less than perfect.

I DON'T NEED MY PHONE TO TELL ME IT'S BEDTIME! I guess I should be happy it wasn't pop-up notification.

Well the sleep time was off a bit, as I woke up early, but stayed in bed reading the forum and my relaxed state registered as an extension of my sleep.

The only thing missing from that blurb's header is an exclamation point, or young man/young woman. "Head straight to bed!"  I'm glad that it's not a voice notification, would be creepy to have your phone scolding you out loud.
