Not sure what Samsung did. They put out updates and broke the software. Since December 2025, the Samsung Quick share on my PC no longer works. It state, "This version of the app is no longer supported."
It points you to download the subpar google version, which has never functioned in the 2 years I've tried to use it.
The redesigned mobile app has a terrible interface and is inconsistent in performance, one day it works, next day it does not.
I can't figure out a way to get any of this working, so quick share is effectively dead and useless.
This is all extremely disappointing, and just adding to the reasons I'm looking at other brands for my next purchase. All the features that worked and that I liked no longer function. Samsung continues to lose it's way, and will continue to see decline.
Hoping Samsung does not delete this post and chooses to fix the problems it created.
