Samsung come on seriously what's going on with the messages app 

Why is it u cant make the Google messages ur own with the customization features u r known for and rcs ?

I wouldn't use it if you paid me, I happen to ,over Google Messages, I especially love the spam protection, editing messages @Feature in group chats is a killer feature so that you only send to one person in a chat. A stripped down RCS is not in my stars.

What have I said that isn't true? I am very careful to fact-check everything I post here, so please let me know if there's something I've missed.

RCS access in Samsung messages depends on your carrier. Many users, myself included, do not have access to RCS via Samsung Messages whatsoever.

RCS in Samsung Messages is limited/inconsistent when it comes to who has access to it.

Google sent a text I'm guessing most if not all users got it sometime ago stating rcs is carrier dependent whether that applies to samsung messages is carrier dependent i dont see all users gets rcs but as for Google messages all should have rcs
