Good Day, I am here to discuss an issue that I am having with the Link to Windows App, preinstalled on Samsung Galaxy s24 devices. I have two images where apart from the other disconnected Computers that I no longer have access to, I cannot remove them from the app. I have contacted with Micrososft Support and they were unable to help me with this situation, redirecting the help to Samsung instead. How do I remove my Disconnectwd devices?

I have tried the following:

Clearing Cache/Data from Link to Windows App on my phone.
Disabled and Re-Renabled the app.

And none of these had worked.

Do you not get the option to disconnect when you tap the gear to the right of the device name?

You are right, I don't either.  I never actually thought about it before.  I no longer have one computer I used to connect to, and I cannot remove it either.  At first I thought I needed to disconnect it from my Microsoft account, but it's not listed there, as I signed it out if the account when I erased it.

I don't know the solution here, so I hope someone knows how to do it because, like you, it annoys me that it's listed there.
