Wireless One Connect Box not connecting

My new Frame Pro cannot see the Wireless One Connect Box. I have done lots of searching online, spoken twice to Samsung Tech Pros (they clearly did not know the product, one insisting that my TV would not work without the One Connect box being connected). I am not getting any response from the Text access, which tells me they’ll connect me right now to a Tech Pro - no response at all after that.

The One Connect box shows only a white light on the side. Not matter what I do, it only shows white, not blue or even Red or Orange. (It has been reset multiple times, and I’ve gone through all the plug and unplug suggestions.) It seems the box is the fault. How do I get better access to tech support to get this thing replaced?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, I do not see a way to reset the One Connect itself as I am aware that it does reset once it connects to the TV and you do a factory reset after it is connected. The only option would be to get a new one connect. But as far as I am aware service would be the only way to get a new one. This the Frame Pro 65” LS03FWD. It has a wireless One Connect box, and the TV itself has near full fuctionality with the Tizen OS.

I’m still trying to determine the cause of the problem, but perhaps a moderator could help.

There are plenty of examples found online of people reporting that their box is not functioning and those are being replaced. As I mentioned the TV itself works just fine, and apparently the box is mostly serving as a hub and a few other things.
