QLED and The Frame TVsIs your router 2 band? 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz? If so, are they bridged together? Some devices/appliances do not like that at all. Try unbridging the networks and create two separate networks (mynetwork2.4 & mynetwork5g) and then try to connect to the 5ghz network. If it does not connect, try the 2.4ghz network. Many devices really prefer 2.4 ghz as the signal is more stable and not really bothered by walls or distance from the access point. Some will do well on either band, but lack the capacity to latch on to a preferred band and stabilize when they are bridged.
