QLED and The Frame TVsEverything in my house is a Samsung Product but I am starting to double think my purchases.
I have a QN50Q60TAFXZA which is in my spare bedroom. Only used 4 times. Not even plugged in when not in use. Today I turned it on for my guests for xmas and it shows a white screen then turns off then back on then back off.
I have tried leaving it off for a few minutes but the problem still exists.
Is there anything I can do? Please help.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello UniversalMinion, welcome to the Samsung Community!
We understand how frustrating it can be when your TV wonโt turn on and function properly. Letโs try a few troubleshooting steps to get it working again:
-Perform a Soft Reset
Unplug your TV from the power source and leave it unplugged for at least 60 seconds.
Disconnect all external devices from the TV.
-Power Cycle the TV
Press and hold the physical power button on the TV for 5 seconds.
Give these steps a try and let us know if they help!
