QLED and The Frame TVsI have a Samsung QN55Q60AAFXZA. When i first bought this it has a choice between Bixby,Alexa, or Google Voice control, could turn it off/on/ and choose one of the three. Well now it has completely disappeared, and i mean all of them there is no way to use the feature. My television says its up to date and I've tried updating just in case and it says it's up to date. So I'm wondering what happened? Can someone please help. Preferably someone who has had this problem and corrected it or knows it can't be. Please don't load me down with guessing. Thank you for reading

QLED and The Frame TVsI have a 75โ Class Q8BA QLED 4K Smart TV (2021) 3 years old. Never an issue. Have never used or explored Voice Assistant. THEN a couple of days ago I dropped the Samsung remote in my lap...softly and wearing sweats.. and from then on I HAVE TO LISTEN VOICE ASSISTANT read and mimic EVERY button I push on the remote! I've spent hours myself and on the phone with Costco tech support, googling for answer to WHY this happened and how to TURN HER OFF before I just put a bullet through the screen and go buy another TV....not a Samsung. Do I sound frustrated? ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฌ
Thanks for reading! I think my issue relates somewhat to yours. I've explored every inch of Settings and found "instructions' online to turn VA on and off EXCEPT that my settings DO NOT have an OFF option!! And everyone I talk to or read from tells me to "just turn it OFF". Wish I could. Finally I found a way to RESET all setting on the TV so I just did that and then went thru the hassle of rebuilding the TV. VA is now gone and I am handling the remote with kid gloves.
I still want to know HOW I turned her on. In looking thru some posts here I see references to the microphone button at the top of the remote. I get the feeling that toggling that button may just give me options or ability to turn VA on and off but I'm gunshy 'cuz I don't want to end up with the same problem again if i cannot just turn it off with that same button.
Again, thanks to anyone reading this and I'd appreciate any comments.

QLED and The Frame TVsI don't know about the original post, as I am having the same issue with missing Bixby/Alexa/Google for voice commands.
But for Jim's issue, if you go to Settings -> General->Accessibility->Voice Guide Settings
Turn that OFF, and it should stop reading the button pushes.
