Mute button is not Working

Hi,

after updating my Frame TV software, i cannot mute the volume even when pressing the volume button as i used to do. I can only raise and lower the volume but i cannot mute it immediately by pressing the volume button.

Try to mute using the Samsung smartthings mobile controller. If it works you will know your remote isn't functioning correctly. you also can run a controller diagnostic under your device care feature on your tv.

i tried it on the smart things remote control and it is not working as well!

i ran the device care and there was no problem detected in the remote control.

Must be a software glitch? I would just do a manufacturer reset of your tv. It's kinda a pain but it should be a sure fix.
