QLED and The Frame TVsThe connection had been fine between the Frame TV (pro series) after set up. It worked for a month. Then suddenly I noticed the sound bar that had been connected to it stopped working. Upon further troubleshooting we discovered that One Connect box was disconnected. Tried as we might, the wireless one connect would not reconnect. Did the unplugging and replugging, resetting with long hold of the reset/pair button, held for three seconds of the button to pair, when unpaired it. The TV can see/find the one connect, but wonโt pair to it.
please help. Thank you.

QLED and The Frame TVsI recieved my 75โ Frame Pro yesterday and Iโm already having serious issues with the Wireless One Connect Box. Despite placing it directly below the TV (less than 1 cm away, with no obstacles), every few minutes I get the error message โWireless One Connect Box Disconnected.โ
At first, I tried moving the box around, but realistically thereโs no way to position it any closerโunless I tape it to the TVโs back panel. The curious thing is that during setup, the TV actually identifies my Wireless One Connect Box but never manages to connect to it. This is incredibly frustrating, as I canโt watch any HDMI-connected content at all.
Iโve already:
Reset the TV to factory settings
Pressed the reset button on the box several times
Removed all Wi-Fi extenders and other possible sources of interference
Yet the issue keeps happening. The TV has barely been used for four hours, and this problem is extremely disappointing.
Could someone from Samsung support please advise on a possible fix or replacement?

QLED and The Frame TVsI have the same issue. Iโve tried having it repaired but 2 people came out already and they canโt fix the issue. I feel like Samsung is giving me the run around.
