Frame tv remote is not working.

I charged it all night but the tv will not respond to the remote. It did briefly respond during setup yesterday but now nothing. What do I do?

Hello @Egibbel! Thank you for reaching out! If the information from @bill-e did not help then you can also try this: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01202543/. If this does not help then you may need a new remote. Depending on if this was recently purchased you will have two options. If it was purchased in the past year please send me or any of the other moderators a private message with your full model and serial number, and we can try and get one sent out to you. If you have past the year warranty please use the following link to purchases a new remote :https://samsungparts.com/ 

 

In the meantime you can use your phone if you have SmartThings on it using this link to help: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00083002/

try this:

Press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 3 seconds. Your TV will begin syncing with the Smart Remote.
