QLED and The Frame TVsI have a two part question.
1. Is anyone else having issues with the Frame TV remotes? We had one that didn’t last a year, and bought another that only lasted 3 months. I charge them, and they still do not work. Is there a trick or something I’m missing?
2. Does the SmartThings app allow you to connect to the Tv to setup the WiFi? Now that I am without a remote, I have been using the SmartThings app as a remote but I recently switched Wi-Fi routers. Now I can’t even use the app remote because it is not on the same WiFi as the tv. But I can’t set the new wifi on the tv because I don’t have a physical Samsung remote and the app won’t let me.
Please help!

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! As for the remote, I would recommend buying a new one on samsungparts.com. As for the Wi-Fi and the smart things not connecting, what you can do is change the name of the band that you are using to match the old one and change the password to match the old one. Doing this will allow it to connect again automatically. As long as the name and password are the same as the old one it will connect. Depending on your router there will be different options to do this. I would recommend looking at the router's user manual to do this.
