QLED and The Frame TVs

I recently purchased a 55 inch frame TV (2024). I bought an Apple TV. I cannot get it to connect appropriately. It detects the Apple TV but it keeps saying “HDMI Cable: No Signal”.

I’ve done the following steps:

1) Replaced HDMI Cable

2) Ran HDMI diagnostics (no issue)

3) Disconnected One Connect wires (power and optics) and reconnected .

4) Apple TV works fine on other devices.

these were all based on past solutions I’ve read on this site. I don’t know what to do at this point. Is it a faulty cable?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I read a forum where a Community member was having a similar issue. They fixed it by performing a reset on the One Connect box. Based on the information provided, it sounds like you have already tried a soft reset. Have you tried performing a factory reset on the device? o do this, click on Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Factory Data Reset.

Also, have you tried turning on the Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) feature? This feature not only allows your remote to control other devices, but helps detect devices automatically when connected to the One Connect Box. To do this, go to Settings > All Settings > Connection > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC).

Hope one of these tips help.

@userNuEFSzNQAB  Have you tried connecting another device to that HDMI port on the TV to see if it detects it

Yes I connected a gaming console and it works fine. Used the same port for Apple TV and it does not work. I bought a new HDMI cord and findings persist just with the Apple TV.

Today I had the TV exchanged (along with one connect box and the cable) and it STILL DOES NOT WORK despite doing all the steps above again. I am lost as to why AppleTV does not work with my TV.
