QLED and The Frame TVsI want to disable the ads that cover up one third of the screen at the vttom on my Samsung TV. All advice I've found on how to do this is related to internet, wifi, networks, etc. and where to go in the settings to disable the ads. However, my TV is NOT connected to the internet, WIFI, networks, router and has no SMART device connected to it. Thus, the settings menu categories have no options related to these connections and I haven;t found anything in any settings category that seems to have anything to do with advertisements. I am DESPERATE (not to mention LIVID) to resolve this issue. Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
THANK YOU

QLED and The Frame TVs@MxMnLA That explains it completely. You need to get it out of demo mode. See the article https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10002346/
