QLED and The Frame TVsI want to disable the ads that cover up one third of the screen at the vttom on my Samsung TV. All advice I've found on how to do this is related to internet, wifi, networks, etc. and where to go in the settings to disable the ads. However, my TV is NOT connected to the internet, WIFI, networks, router and has no SMART device connected to it. Thus, the settings menu categories have no options related to these connections and I haven;t found anything in any settings category that seems to have anything to do with advertisements. I am DESPERATE (not to mention LIVID) to resolve this issue. Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
THANK YOU

QLED and The Frame TVs@MxMnLA That explains it completely. You need to get it out of demo mode. See the article https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10002346/

QLED and The Frame TVs@MxMnLA I'm trying to understand how the ads are getting to your TV if you don't have it on a network or the internet.

QLED and The Frame TVs.
FOLLOW UP--Here are the model number and model code for this TF:

I don'5 have the Samsung remote, using a Philips Universal. The TV says it's a "STORE DEMO" below the screen-size info screen. The ads are all promo for G6 (allshare, touch of color, etc.)
None of the settings in any category feature "Smart" options. The "Network" options are limited to setting up a connection to network. There is no device plugged in to allow for internet connection (cable and DVD are the only devices connected to it). A friend played with the settings randomly, trying every sequence of available buttons on the remote and did get the ads to stop but doesn't know what he did that worked. However, when the TV was turned off and back on again, the ads were back. This seems to happen with any changes made...cvhanted Options in settings revert to default settings when TV is turned off and on again. I'm at the ends of my wits and my rope and on the verge of throwing the TV in the trash while taking a solemn vow to never buy any Samsung product and warning people everywhere to do the same
