QLED and The Frame TVsBought my 65” Frame from Costco on 5/31/25 and from that time, I have been trying to activate the free two year art promotion with now luck. Complete run-around with customers service across all Samsung departments.
Calling the Samsung Promotions team does not help. Please don’t suggest that as a solution.
They consistently say (Promotions) I need to address this issue with the Check Out team. This is a total black hole using the link and email. Promotions said their response time is 3-5 business days. It has been 3 months!
Someone at Samsung needs to take responsibility of this problem.
Please don’t post any steps to try and rectify this issue or suggest Promotions just to close this thread!

QLED and The Frame TVsI have the same issue and the same experiences. Judging from old posts on this forum, this has been an issue since at least 2023. And now they’ve disconnected the phone number for the Promotions department.
While I like the TV, pretty sure I won’t be buying any more Samsung products if this isn’t resolved.

QLED and The Frame TVsI have done that numerous times. They can’t help. They pass me off to other departments who also can’t help. The only departments that apparently could help are Frame Customer Support or the Checkout Team. The only way to reach them is via email or portal. They never respond. Remember, I have been trying to get assistance since 5/3/25. I have 12 pages of notes documenting every time I call. Crazy!

QLED and The Frame TVsIt absolutely meets all the criteria. This has been confirmed over and over with multiple support departments at Samsung. I have been trying to rectify this since 5/3/2025 with no luck. The “right” departments to fix this, never get back with me. BIG problem that is affecting a lot of your customers and no one at Samsung seems to want to address it.
