QLED and The Frame TVsBought my 65” Frame from Costco on 5/31/25 and from that time, I have been trying to activate the free two year art promotion with now luck. Complete run-around with customers service across all Samsung departments.
Calling the Samsung Promotions team does not help. Please don’t suggest that as a solution.
They consistently say (Promotions) I need to address this issue with the Check Out team. This is a total black hole using the link and email. Promotions said their response time is 3-5 business days. It has been 3 months!
Someone at Samsung needs to take responsibility of this problem.
Please don’t post any steps to try and rectify this issue or suggest Promotions just to close this thread!
