QLED and The Frame TVsJust like all the other “solved” reports of this issue - bought the Frame TV from Costco, tried to redeem the 2 year free Art subscription, doesn’t work. Costco says it’s Samsung’s fault, Samsung says it’s Costco’s fault. Have read previous “solved” reports of this issue, the latest “solved” post says to contact the Samsung Promotions department, their number has been disconnected.

QLED and The Frame TVsWas the offer actually still valid? Many promotions have an expiration date, even though a product containing the promotion is still on the shelves. Even if the offer appeared on your screen at set up, there is still fine print with the expiration date.
Now, I don't know the terms of this promotion, or whether it was valid at the time of attempted activation, but I would advise for the future that if you are interested in a promotion and are buying something *because* of a promotion, you read the fine print for expiration dates. Don't buy something you weren't going to buy anyway without the promotion.

QLED and The Frame TVsI don't understand. Your screenshot appears to show you got the 2 year subscription credit, but your complaint is that you did not. Or is that a screenshot from a previous purchase?

QLED and The Frame TVsThe screenshot shows Samsung’s system knows about the coupon but:
1. Shows an incorrect value; the value should be 2 years x $49.90 = $99.80 but the implied credit is $53.27.
2. No credit is applied to the cart. Date of first payment is 3 months from now, not 2 years from now.
This is obviously a Samsung system issue for which they refuse to take responsibility.
