My Samsung smart TV keeps changing channels 0n it own I watching Pluto tv and it automatically changes to another channel usually Samsung plus any ideas why?
Today is 24th June 2024, and 75inch Smart TV is barely 2months old. TV changes away from YouTube to Samsung app home by itself. This is absurd! This is not a cheap Tv, why this?????please fix this, so disappointed.
Same issue with my Samsung TV. Keeps switching from the MLB TV to the Samsung channel. This needs to be fixed if they give a **bleep** about their customers. I thought it was just mine until I found this thread. Come on Samsung!! Get your **bleep** together!!
Hello! Thank you for posting about this. I completely understand your concerns with the TV channels changing on their own. Have you checked the source it's happening on? What remote are you using?
