Samsung TV apps not working

All my apps won't open say they can't connect even though my network is solid. The TV's up-to-date, I've tried unplugging it that didn't work either.

I reset it, my remote and everything works. I just can't sign into my Samsung account because it says their network is under maintenance.

The only thing that's works on my TV is Netflix. Does any other streaming apps work for anyone else?

It seems to be worldwide issue. Nothing is wrong with your tv, don’t reset it. Samsung keeps quiet, shame.

Has anyone tried correlating this to a particular model/serials?  I am having this issue and have model QN85Q70TAFXZA an 85" Q70T.  I feel like if this was every samsung across the board it might have gone to mainstream news by now.

Now I believe the correlation is those that didn't have Alexa set up on their TV.  I held the power button on the remote until the TV rebooted as someone else suggested and I could not get through the TV setup without enabling Alexa or some variant.
