I would prefer a dumb TV. I use a Google TV steaming device, Much more reliable. The Onn Google TV is amazing. It has a built in speaker for hands free control of your TV.

Yes, my Dad made me his channel changer. And I would also have to adjust the rabbit ear antenna.
