LED and OLED TVsHey all. I’m wondering if anyone’s had issues with Samsung lying about help or refunds in the past. I have screen shots from multiple agents who said I’d be able to get a refund down to $323 after I buy the TV. I have the screen shots and reference numbers and yet no one seems to be able to help after. I’m worried that I’ll get the TV and no refunded difference and then I’ll have to pay the shipping to have it returned and get **bleep** over completely. I’m just curious if anyone’s had this type of experience with a price match or refund. Does it take a bit? Am I getting lied to?

LED and OLED TVsI was chatting with Samsung and showed them a previous price of the TV. They agreed to honor it and I screenshot that. And they said I’d have to reach out to this other department to get the refund after placing the order. So I did that and then the other department gave me a reference number and said chat back after 1-2 hours. I did so and it seems like no one wants to actually honor it, despite the proof of agents saying they would
