The support plate for my Samsung OLED tv did not come with the packaging. I tried to contact support but they sent the wrong item. has anyone encountered this?
You should contact them again, until they send you the right part. If you bought it directly from them, it should have been a complete package (well, if you bought from anyone it should). If they can't get you the right part, they should authorize a return and replacement. It's not your fault their quality control failed.
